At Papersoda, we want your order to arrive safely, beautifully packaged, and as quickly as possible.

We aim to process all orders within 1 – 2 business days. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.

All orders are shipped from the UK.

Delivery Method

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £60

UK Standard Delivery A4 – £3.95

UK Standard Delivery A3 / A2 / A1 – £4.95

Prints up to A4 are shipped in hard-backed envelopes, and larger sizes are carefully rolled and sent in durable postal tubes.

All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Standard International (8–10 working days, untracked): £8.00
Tracked International (5–7 working days): £12.00

Please note: Buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply. Papersoda is not responsible for delays caused by local customs processes.

Returns & Refunds

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Our original outbound shipping costs are also non-refundable if returning only part of your order.

Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned item(s) or receiving satisfactory proof that the goods have been returned. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.

Personalised Prints

Please note that personalised prints are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, as they are created to your specific request.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out. Delivery times may vary due to postal delays, seasonal peaks, or customs checks. We’ll always do what we can to help.
